Holiday Home Booking Conditions

Introduction

Lufflands Caravan Park is a family park catering for Owner and Hire Caravans. Our guests enjoyment and safety is very important to us therefore we ask all guests to please read, accept and abide by the following booking conditions. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in being asked to vacate our park with immediate effect. If this happens, your holiday will cease and we shall not be liable for any period of the holiday remaining nor any extra costs incurred by you. Please note the hirer is held responsible for any damage to the caravan and any equipment breakages whilst in your possession. All damages and losses are chargeable. These terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time and without prior notice.

Bookings, Deposits and Balance Payments

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is payable at the time of your booking. The balance is payable in full either on or before your arrival. Please check your confirmation carefully once received. We do not refund deposits.

Alterations to Bookings

Your booking is made in accordance with the details provided to us at the time of booking. If you wish to make an alteration to your booking, we will endeavour to do so but this cannot always be guaranteed. Once a booking is made, it cannot be transferred without our permission.

Confirmation

We will send you email confirmation of your booking once a deposit has been received.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking with us, all monies paid will be non-refundable. We strongly advise that you take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover you against any financial loss should this situation arise.

Number in Party

Only those people stated on your booking form may be accommodated in our holiday caravans and the total number must not exceed 6 in the 2 bedroom caravans and 8 in 3 bedroom caravans. No single sex groups unless under prior arrangement and agreement with us.

Arrival and Departure Times

The check-in time for our holiday caravans is 14:00 and we ask you to vacate by 10.00 on the morning of your departure. Late departures may be available but please check with us at least 2 days prior to ensure this is possible.

Pets

We understand the need to bring dogs on holiday as they are an important part of the family. For this purpose we have caravan holiday homes that are pet friendly. To allow us to maintain levels of hygiene and cleanliness, we ask that dogs are kept off of the furnishings and beds within the holiday home. We ask that dogs be kept on a lead and under control at all times when outside the caravan. All dog owning guests must carry doggy poop bags at all times and clear up any mess immediately from the park. Dogs must not be left unattended in our holiday caravans at any time.

Linen

All our holiday homes have mattress protectors, duvets and pillows included within the price, we ask you to bring along your duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases as well as towels and other kitchen linens. We do have the facility to offer all bedding if required but please add this as a chargeable extra on your booking form. The Cherry, Sycamore and Chestnut holiday homes come complete with all bedding and covers within the prices quoted.

Personal Belongings

Whilst we take security very seriously, guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and they must ensure that all their belongings are cared for and taken with them on departure.

Vehicles

You are very welcome to bring 2 cars per holiday caravan but you may only be able to park one beside your caravan. The second may need to be parked nearby in an area specified by us. If we experience extreme wet weather, we may ask you not to park on the grass, we will ensure adequate parking is available nearby. You must adhere to the 10 mph speed limit around the park at all times.

Behaviour

We wish to promote the peaceful and relaxed nature of our holiday park. We ask that you and your party members are respectful to us and other guests to ensure that everyone enjoys their holiday. We ask that you are particularly quiet between the hours of 23.00  and 08.00. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to vacate our park with immediate effect. If this happens, your holiday contract with us will cease and we shall not be liable for any period of the holiday remaining nor any extra costs incurred by you.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted within any of our holiday homes. Any person found doing so will be liable to pay for the valeting of the accommodation.

Complaints

We want all our guests to enjoy their stay with us and we will work hard to provide you with an acceptable standard of accommodation. However, if you do find a problem please let us know as soon as possible to allow us to resolve it quickly. We will be more than happy to help. 

What to Bring!

Our holiday caravans are fully equipped for a holiday let, however you will need to bring along the following:

• All bedding including duvets and pillows except sheets unless you have pre-booked as a Holiday Extra
• Towels
• Protective bed coverings (if needed for children)
• Dog blankets or rug if you are bringing your dog

Please note, the hirer is held responsible for any damage to the caravan and equipment breakages whilst in your possession. All damages and losses are chargeable.
